IPTV DTV Event

I was asked to shre the following event with the group, and I think some of you may find it interesting:

2008 Iowa DTV Symposium October 7 – 9
The 14th annual Iowa DTV Symposium will be held at the Hotel Fort Des Moines.
Speakers include include Chris Pirillo (Lockergnome), Andrew Baron (Rocketboom) and Benjamin Wagner (MTV News Digital). This is a FREE event.

  1. Hey all, this is a great FREE event to attend if you can make it. While it is called the “Iowa DTV Symposium” (meaning digital television), don’t let that scare you away… it would be better titled, “The Iowa Digital & New Media Symposium” (or something like that). The Technical Track is more for broadcast engineers, but the Content Track is very Web and “New Media” focused… for anyone that creates digital content — online or otherwise.
